Therapeutic exercise: Individualized strength, mobility, and endurance work that mirrors your job demands.

Work-specific conditioning: Task simulation (lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling), pacing strategies, and biomechanical coaching.

Modalities as indicated: e.g., heat/ice, electrotherapy, or taping to support function between sessions.

Education & self-management: Flare-up management, graded activity, and safe return-to-work tips.

Update to your home program, milestones for next steps, and—when required—concise progress notes to your case manager and physician to keep everyone aligned.
