This approach also makes it easier to fit therapy into your schedule, reduces travel time and allows you to practice your exercises in your own space, helping you stay consistent and supported in your recovery. You can specifically show your therapist what's working or not working for you in your own home. You can avoid cancelations and delays in your recovery or exercise progressions related to the little things in life.
