Jessica Glennie
MACP, RCT-C
Jess brings a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed presence to her work. She practices through a relational lens, grounded in cultural humility and neurodiversity-affirming care and honouring each person’s story and embodied experience.
She supports individuals living with long-term or ongoing health-related challenges, grief, loss, life transitions, and caregiver stress, as well as those managing stress due to personal challenges or periods of change. Jess offers steady, compassionate care during recovery and adjustment, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic practices, and Polyvagal-informed approaches to help clients build skills for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and navigating difficult thoughts and emotions.
Jess also works with couples using the Gottman Method, creating a supportive space to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether partners are navigating stress, recovering from disconnection, or hoping to build a more intentional and resilient relationship, she brings a gentle, structured approach that helps couples feel understood and supported.
Her practice is inclusive of LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC clients, and neurodivergent individuals. Across all her work, Jess offers a grounded, trauma-informed space where people can find connection, flexibility, and meaningful change.
